Timisoara Bvd Complex

Timisoara Bvd Complex was a huge project done during the economic crisis, as the investors wanted to change the target-clients from luxury to economic thus changing the whole interior of the building without changing the masterplan.

So the redesigning kept the old structure in place while making cell-based apartments and redesigning the facade to keep up with the internal changes.The result was a 1100 apartment mega-structure with inner courtyard and free-passing ground level thus transforming the street level into a park and commerce area.
